Mr. Langenberg has over forty years of alcohol and drug treatment experience. He, along with his wife Sally, founded Pacific Ridge.

Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner - Cindy Bowling

prCindyCindy is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She has private practice in Salem, Oregon, and if requested, sees residents of Pacific Ridge while they are here.

Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner - Nate 'Thumper' Kravitz

thumperThumper is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.

He is also a certified coach, with experience coaching wrestling at the high school level and ultimate frisbee at the collegiate level. He is pictured putting on our 18 cage disc golf course.

Clinical Supervisor - Shannon Ramberg, CADC-II

prShannonShannon is a our Clinical Supervisor, and also works as a family counselor, working with clients and families.

Family Counselor - Steve Humphrey, CADC-I

prSteveSteve has been with Pacific Ridge for 20 years. He is a family counselor, works with clients and families individually and in group setting.

Family Counselor - Charlie Campbell, CADC-I

prCharlie Charlie has over 20 years of experience working with families, adults, and adolescents.

Family Counselor - Linda Ray, CADC-II

Linda works with clients and families individually and in group sessions.

Chaplain - Joyce Stratton

Joyce works with clients individually and in group setting, helping people define and develop their spirituality, which is very important to recovery.

Program Manager - Laurie Cade, CDS-II, CCDC

Laurie is certified as an alcohol and drug counselor, and has over 15 years of experience at Pacific Ridge. As Program Manager, her primary tasks involve supervising and coordinating the various support staff sections and their work assignments.

Office Manager - Kathy Foster, A.A., CDS-II

prKathyKathy schedules appointments and intakes, communicates with insurance companies, manages billing. She has over 25 years experience working in field. Often she is the first person a telephone caller talks to regarding our program. Kathy is involved setting up most intakes and is valued by clients and staff alike because of her friendly attitude and her knowledge about our treatment program and financial issues.

prLisaLisa works in our front office. She is friendly and open, and well liked by staff and clients.
